NEW OPERATING PROCEDURES
We now have permission to begin a limited re-opening of the
salon. There are some stipulations by State and County government
that must be followed to ensure the rendering of services safely as
possible for everyone.

IF YOU ARE SICK OR HAVING ANY SYMPTOMS OF SICKNESS
SUCH AS COUGH, FEVER, SNEEZING, SORE THROAT, LOSS
OF TASTE OR SMELL PLEASE CANCEL AND RESCHEDULE
YOUR APPOINTMENT AHEAD OF TIME.

1. When you arrive for appointment please text us so we can let you
know when to come in.
2. EVERYONE WILL BE ASKED TO WASH HANDS AND HAVE
TEMPERATURE TAKEN UPON ENTERING SALON.
3. You will be required to wear a face mask for the duration of the
visit and sign health questionnaire. I am required to wear a face
mask and shield as well.
4. Only one (1) client can be serviced by one (1) stylist at a time.
Please come to your appointment alone as we will not be able
to provide accommodations for anyone other than the client.
5. If you see that you will be more than 15 minutes late please let us
know as soon as possible we will try to rearrange things if possible
rather than cancel appt. As we all know time is not an exact science
when visiting the salon we will do our best to work with each other
as we have in the past.
6. Appointments will be timed as best we can according to the services
you are getting done, therefore we will not have availability to
accommodate last-minute add-ons. PLEASE be sure to be clear about
ALL services you are getting, we will do our best to work it out.
7. It is advised that you eat before you come as we will not be able to
accommodate any eating at the salon for now. If you should need to
leave out to eat it may prolong your services. Unfortunately there
will not be any use of the break area as well.
8. We will not be scheduling any follow-up appointments at the time of
your visit. This will all be done at a later time via text message.
Unfortunately this is a big change to our normal routine
and we apologize in advance for the inconvenience it
may cause but our main goal is everyone's health and
safety. In time hopefully these restrictions will be
relaxed and the requirements can be eased but until
we find our new normal, we greatly appreciate your
cooperation.
